I've tried tens of video converters for my phone this week,  some of are really hard to use and not user-friendly, some of them works as slowly as snail. a one called "OJOsoft 3gp converter (http://www.ojosoft.com/video-converters/3gp-converter.html)" is not bad and works with a super fast speed. "ojo" sounds like spanish, interesting.
