I copied some of the relevant log files, i can't copy all as they said it's spam... i hope someone can help me. thanks in advance. 15/09/2008 4:30:38 PM info Folder D:My DocumentsMy VideosIljimae.E15 has been removed 15/09/2008 4:30:37 PM info BURN: WRITE SUCCESS: Disc written 15/09/2008 4:30:37 PM info BURN: Finalization Time 00:00:29 - Total completion time 00:22:21 15/09/2008 4:30:18 PM error BURN: Exception encountered in read thread [Access violation at address 0510651F in module 'vso_hwe.dll'. The log file posted is not complete so it is hard to know.
As for the disks you are using they are 2nd class according to: http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm You might want to try with some Sony, Taiyo Yuden , or Verbatim disks. For the first, log the problem is in the burning. For the second log file all looks fine, so was the file converted to the right format for your region (ntsc or pal). Does the disk play on your computer or in a friends dvd player? Maybe your dvd player doesnt like that type of disk. You can also change the writing method in ConvertXtoDVD maybe a different writing method would be more appropriate for you burner. You will find this in the settings. |
