Title: Downloading problems....please help Post by: Gemini68 on November 07, 2004, 11:57:35 PM Hi all!
I\'m a new member of this site and I\'m having some problems when i try to download things from the Downloads section. When i try to click on any program to download it, all i get is the same page and a text saying \"Anti-leech system activated\"... What am i doing wrong? Title: Re:Downloading problems....please help Post by: afonic on November 08, 2004, 12:35:55 AM What browser do you use? You just need to log-in and click on the name of the program (right-click). Using any download manager will not work. ;)
Title: Re:Downloading problems....please help Post by: Gemini68 on November 08, 2004, 12:44:03 AM Seems like things are working now. Now i can download without problem. Maybe it takes a while from new registration to accepted member?
Anyway, thanks for the reply.... Title: Re:Downloading problems....please help Post by: Gemini68 on November 08, 2004, 12:50:29 AM :-( Guess i was too fast to reply....
Some files work, others give the same result as before...\"Anti-leech system activated\".... Right-clicking just give me the chance to save a .htm page.... Can it be due to some kind of pop-up ban? Are using Iexplore, Win XP, SP2 installed... Title: Re:Downloading problems....please help Post by: afonic on November 08, 2004, 01:39:00 AM Hmm, this is strange indeed! Sorry about the right-click above, I meant left click.
I am gonna make this a sticky and see if any other users have this problem. It may be related to SP2, but I am not sure! Anyway who has SP2, please try to download something and see if the download starts! Thanks! :) Title: Re:Downloading problems....please help Post by: dbltree on February 25, 2005, 04:10:54 AM I am also having problems using the downloads...only I get the following \"You are trying to access from a non-authorized domain.\"
I\'m using WIN XP with SP2 but I\'m not getting any block notices except from this site. Any advice would be appreciated Title: Re:Downloading problems....please help Post by: afonic on February 25, 2005, 04:45:42 AM Hi,
I think it\'s fixed now, please try again and tell me if it works. Title: Re:Downloading problems....please help Post by: dbltree on February 25, 2005, 04:21:11 PM I\'ve tried disabling my firewall and it still says \\\"You are trying to access
from a non-authorized domain.\\\" and will not allow me to download. I have never had any problems downloading from other sites so I\'m not sure what the problem is. Title: Re:Downloading problems....please help Post by: afonic on February 25, 2005, 07:01:56 PM Please login and try once more.
What browser do you use? Anyone that has similar problems please post here. Title: Re:Downloading problems....please help Post by: dbltree on February 26, 2005, 01:54:10 AM I\'m using MIExplorer and just tried downloading from another computer with the same results

There isn't much you can do other than turn of Norton as well as your firewall and even then it sometimes fails. Most people find better results downloading from Mozilla Firefox for one reason or another. I can't explain it nor have I ever received a straight answer to this.

Norton is a piece of ****. You would not prevent what programs it can create!! People that reported problem burning DVDs fixed it by disabling the firewall! Now you go figure why this happened. ;) Title: Re: Downloading problems....please help Post by: khbaur330162 on January 22, 2006, 07:40:51 PM Lol. What would you recommend in place of Norton (preferably freeware) 'cause, to tell the truth, that's what I'm currently using...
