Do the other videos move over and play correcty on your iPod?  If so, try converting the 5th episode on it's own and then move it over.  If that doesn't solve the problem, email fairuse at fairuse@fairusewizard.com with the details and a copy of the log file from the problem and I'm sure he will try to help you.  I emailed back and forth with him quite a bit during the issues with 2.6 and and he was very good about looking into the issues.

I continue to get this error, even after downloading DVD Decryptor and other tools that are suggested to create an ISO before converting for iPod.  Does anyone know of a way to get your money back for this product?  If I had known that the author had vanished, or that there wasn't actually any support, I never would have purchased it.  I'm going to contact PayPal on Monday, but in the meantime is anyone esle getting this error, and does anyone who can actually provide support read these forums?

I'm getting the exact same error, I have only managed to convert one video to iPod format...the only reason I bought this program in the first place.  Makes me wish I could get my money back.
