I've tried unticking "Delete intermediate files" and this hasn't made any difference - it still creates a separate AC3 and mp4 file.

How do I get it to le me change the sound format from AC3? The sound options are greyed out

The log suggests it can't find the audio file for muxing

but the audio file is a 260mb AC3 in the same folder - which has the file name Cruel Intentions.session-00.audio-00.ac3.

Any ideas?

Hi, I've done my first DVD using 2.8, used the Xbox 360 option, set file to 1400mb and output file to 1 but the final output is a 1.1gb mp4 video file and a 260mb ac3 audio file. Both play independantly fine in respective media players.

Why isn't the audio embedded into the mp4? Have I missed a step somewhere?
