No worries. I was on the fence about FairUse Wizard until I realized the support was blank stares, I've since moved on to DivX Author 1.5 and couldn't be happier (far more vibrant and crisp colors when comparing both engines at highest settings).

Looking for any decent All-in-One Decrypter+Ripper+Encoder that can output up to HD resolutions and supports DivX encoding.
