I am trying to download the dvd decrypter to my new hpa1013w-b computor and does not seem to open and install.I have this on three of my other computors.The window open and looks like a dos screen then nothing happens.There is a small line that just flashes.will let it sit for a while (30min) and does not complete

I have the same problem.  Running Win2K.  Nobody else has seen this??
