I am trying to include clips
with an ac3 mono track into
an ac3 stereo compilation
and TMPGenc won\'t let me and
will not re-encode. ImTOOMPG
will only convert from MPEG
1 Layer 2, and google lists
only two Mac prograrams to
do the conversion. How can
I convert from ac3 mono to
stereo? Any suggestions?

You mean you have created mono AC3 file? Why could someone do that...

Anyway try some program like BeSweet or some freeware Ac3 encoders out there.

I got the clips from a
commercial DVD \"Ziegfeld Girls}
that I rented from NetFlix.
Suprisingly the DVD is encoded
in AC3mono. Thanks for the
BeSweet suggestion. I am
trying ro figure out what
I can do  with it.
