I saw a post in the WinAvi section that was close to my problem but still didn\'t fix it :pinch: . So here is my problem. I have Love Hina again. I used Media Info and found out (plus just reading the title) that it is Divx 5. But not only that but it is in some Divx 5 .ogm file. The audio tracks are in  OGG vorbis. It has two audio tracks. (japanese and english of course) and subtitles. How can I get all that out. I want to make these files either avi, mpeg 2, or mpeg 4, or wmv, or DVD if it has to be done that way.I have seen several tutorials on using VirltualDub Mod but it says it can\'t detect the file (I guess it doesn\'t understand Divx OGM). I have been at it all day and I\'m bushed. It sure would be nice to have a solution by morning    Wink . I have Virtual Dub, Nero 6.6, Win AVI, TempENG trial, and TempEng beta 12 (in other words absolutely free). So if anyone can tell me how you\'ll get credit in the credits part of my DVD that i\'m making. And I mean 10sec. on the television screen with nothing but ur name  on the entire screen (hows that for initiative  B) . I hope someone knows. Thx

Hi,

you need to get VirtualDubMOD load it so that you can disable the track you don\'t like and save it as AVI.

Try installing this:

Thx alot. I gove the DVD\'s burned and everthing worked great. Here is a warning to anyone who uses TempEng to convert. It took me from 2:00PM in the afternoon to 4:30AM in the morning to convert Love Hina Again (3 episodes). I think like 4 and a half hours because I used two pass highest quality encoding even though I left it on high priority for most of the time (needed to use comp for hour and a half. And thats using a Pentium 4 2.8GHZ @ 800MHZ FSB and PC3200 memory!

Yeah, encoding takes a lot of time especially in the highest quality, however if you use something like medium quality there is not a huge difference in quality as there is in time.  Wink

Of course if you want to best quality available there is only the long, wait road!
