I have encoded an avi (Divx4) to a mpa, a m2v and a mpg file with Cuesoft AVI to VCD DVD SVCD 4.02. Upon importing the m2v or the mpg file into TMPGEnc DVD Author the conversion proceeds in ca 20 minutes but the audio is out of sync. Any suggestions?

You don\'t give me many info.

Can you encode to one mpg file only that contains both audio and video and test if this works OK?

This is a common problem, you demuxed the avi into seperate mpeg and audio tracks. This is the best way of acheiving the best results, but it is really hard to sync both the track together again. To do this, you need expensive software, most freeware programs just don\'t do it correctly.

Like Afonic said, when you rip again, make sure you select the System (Video+Audio) stream and you will end up with one mpeg 2 file that is DVD compliant.

Good luck Cheesy
