Hi People,

I've got eight .avi animation files that I was hoping to burn onto a dvd-r
and give a fancy menu to etc.
I'm using Adobe Encore DVD 1.5 but when I try to load the avi's into the project:

If I set it up for PAL I get the following:

"Video files must have a resolution of 720x576 or 704x576"

If I set it up for NTSC I get the following:

"Video files must have a resolution of 720x480, 720x486, or 704x480."

Should I be trying to convert these avi's into the prescribed sizes, if so what software should I be using?
How do I check what resolution they are now?
Where am I going wrong or is there an easier way to do this?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Stephen

P.S. Using windowsXP Pro

Hi,

I suggest using Nero Vision. Have a look at nero.com or wait 1-2 days as I am writing a guide about it and I am about to post it!  Wink
