Hi all...
I found the exact same problem I'm having in an earlier post but no answer was given. I was hoping someone might be able to help now...  here is the problem:

Method: \"After you create the DVD files on your hard disk using VSO divx to
dvd (v1.99.21), open up TMPGenc DVD Author click Create New Project >> Add File
>> Navigate to folder with the DVD files you just created and select
the .vob file for each video you want to use and you should now be
able to create a menu. I was able to fit 6 - 22 min movies on one DVD
only using up 2 gig with room for plenty more episodes..\"

I opened up TMPGenc DVD Author and started a new project. First off it does not recognize any of the files in the VIDEO_TS folder and when i click "show all' and try to add any vob, bup, or ifo files it gives me this error:

\"*This is an illegal video file
This is an illegal video file.
For DVD-Video you can only use the following video formats:
MPEG-1 Video, MPEG-2 Video\"

I do not know what the problem is...
any help would be much appreciated.
thanks

I am not sure these instructions could work. Have a look at this guide:
http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/53/59/

You have to select add dvd video to import a VIDEO_TS folder, not Add file.
