Created a mp4 from Nero decode 2 when I played in itunes player at full screen it became pixulated so I tried to convert to quicktime mov I had audio no video, then I tried to convert to Ipod same I had audio no video

I do have Quicktime Pro 7,

Does anyone have any ideas why I had audio and not video

I want to play converted mp4 files on my new Ipod as I though I had to convert them to Quicktime compatiable file
