i have been using nero vision express 3 to make dvd's suitable for watching on tv. i can get the files onto disc and can watch them on my standard dvd player but the picture is jumpy(sorry, don't really know how else to describe it!) and the 'lip synch' is very noticeably out.
is this likely to be the programme causing this or possibly the discs. i have made three dvd's, all hve the same problem.
any help would be much appreciated
