On page 2 of the guide to "How to convert DivX/XviD with AC3 to a DVD with AC3 and subtitles" it shows step 9 but it doesn't explain how to get to this form!
How do I access the options shown in first form of step 9?

Hi,

this is TMPGEnc. I thought it was obvious as I mention we will use TMPGEnc in the end of the article, but now that I see it, you're right it's confusing, so I added that you need to load TMPGEnc in the bottom of Step8.
