Whenever I pick my file to convert a box pops up and says...access violation at address 00000000. read of address 00000000...what should I do? I have used been using v.6.3 but that isnt the problem since I downloaded v.7.3 it does the same thing.

And by the way,the Winavi don't have the version7.3!!You ues maybe the 7.1 Smiley
