Hi to everyone,


i downloaded the free version of the software, but when i double click on the .exe nothing unpack, i've searched everywhere not a trace.

if anyone could help me to solve this problem let me know.

Hi,

yes i checked everything on my system, and no trace.

i have far enough space.

could you tell me what is the exact name of the file (unpack)?

the only message i have is "qsetup installation suite" when i double click and nothing more.

let me know.

Hi,


i've rechecked my system and folders and not a single trace.

the dowload of the .exe itself was complete.

normally what happen after double clicking on the .exe?

i could search the name of one the files.

Let me now.
