The question sounds more like it is about how to menu 3 movies already
on a DVD rather than how to put 3 movies on a single DVD.

The guides in http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/category/3/79/59/
only show how to create a multimovie DVD, not how to menu them.

I also would really like to know how to menu multimovie DVDs.

It would seem that Nero should be able to do it, but Nero is a bit too complicated
for my tastes.  But this old frog could learn with a bit of help.
