hi,

I recently bought a registration code for ImTOO DVD Ripper and I have a few problems with it. BTW, my operatiing system is Windows XP Home Edition.
My first problem: When I use the option \"Encode Chapters\" to encode the chapters of a DVD to MPEG2, there is no sound for the last one or two seconds of each chapter (for the last few seconds at the end of each MPEG2 file once encoded). If I choose \"Encode Segment,\" however, and just encode the sections which contain the last few seconds of each chapter, the sound is there through the whole MPEG2 file.
My second problem: When I try to encode an entire DVD (without encoding the chapters), half way through the encoding process I get the message \"Warning VBV delay underflows = 158\" and then I click \"OK\" and the program freezes.

Now, if you can help me, please reply. I\'ve already asked for help  here and here and so far no luck.

Thank you if you can help me.
-Neil

Well before we start suggesting stuff that many not work, you should ask for help at support@imtoo.com. If you bought the reg code that means that except the program you also paid for support! ;-)

The problem is not that difficult to solve. I don’t know which converter you are using, but according to my experience, I usually manage it if I have trouble during the converting process by e-mail to support@nidesoft.com. They often offer good help. Since I have used their DVD ripper, it is quite easy for me to convert my DVDs. You may also e-mail your product’s server. If not solved, you may try http://www.nidesoft.com to see whether you can solve it.
