I've burned several dvds (video) using hp dvd-r. These movies have pixels and the frame sometimes halts when viewed on my dvd player (Toshiba). It happens repeatedly in different locations of the movie. I consulted some of my friends and they said I might have a codec problem since I am burning a mpeg file created with U-Lead dvd factory. So I downloaded k-lite codec 2.72 full pack but it didnt help.

I also tried using other brand names dvds or other softwares (U-lead dvd factory) but get other dvd player errors such as "Bad disc" and it wont play properly.

I haven't changed the burn method, so what could be the problem? I am using Nero 6, OS XP, Pentium 4 and lost a lot of magnetic media so far.

Thanks a lot.
