I puchased this software that looked like a straightforward way to transfer DVDs into ipod-compatible formats.   The problem is, whenever I try to create a new project & choose the DVD in my drive, I get a "cannot be accessed" message.     I'm not too technical which is why I bought this software.  There's no user guide, just a link to this forum.  Anyone have an idea?

Hello there,

What u can do is to try playing the dvd first with your dvd software and then trying it again. ALternatively, you can try using AnyDVD (shareware).

The reason is that the disc is region locked . To find out more, do check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Region_code

Can you use this program to convert DVDs that have already been ripped to your hard drive?
