I just got a Dell XPS400 and downloaded WINAVI to convert dvr-ms files to DVD files .  I swore it worked a couple days ago for one thing but now I'm getting an error msg fm WINAVI saying it can't decode the file.  Do I need a codec or something for this to happen or was I mistaken and WINAVI cannot convert dvr-ms files.  Thanks.
