Hi I was trying to follow the instructions with the guide:  How to convert DivX/XviD with AC3 to a DVD with AC3 and subtitles

And when I open TMPGEnc it has a black screen that says: nothing to output bframe decode lag.

Is there something I am doing wrong? I have windows XP. Please let me know, I'm new to all this! thanks!
