theres a considerable lag in my video as compared to the audio on ym mobile.

1st, i downloaded an mpg format clip
2nd, i enoded it into 3gp using the s/w SUPER
       (m usin a nokia 6270)
3rd, i tried playin it on my comp usin d nokia multimedia player
4th, i tranfered it onto my phone.

y is d audio n video not in sync on my phone?
