I have a problem with the dvd i created by converting a .avi file into a dvd video. I'm currently using Microsoft Windows XP, 2.8Ghz P4 HT, 1gig ram with Ati All-In-Wonder 9800 Vid card. The program i used is called Mpeg Mov/RMVB/DivX/AVI to DVD/VCD/SVCD Converter Pro 7.07 by Cucusoft. Well anyways, the problem is once i converted it with Standard NTSC Framerate (roughly 23.97fps) and a variable bitrate, the video has a slight pause every split second like i was watching it in sorta of a slow motion but not really since the sound was okay just that it lags every split second. I cannot find out what the reason is and whats even stranger is that playing on my computer and playing on my new dvd player (sony by the way) it doesnt have this problem. I was wondering if anyone know what i can do so it will not lag like that. Also i burned it on a DVD+R, i dont know if that'll make a difference. but if anyone know if theres a special FPS im suppose to convert as please let me know. Thank you very much in advance.
