Been using Winavi 7.1 for couple of months without any problem. All in a sudden getting problems like
'access violation", program shut down by itself etc.. I have the entire program uninstalled and tried
7.6 and 7.7 and though file conversion is OK but soundtrack on the output file is totally messed up.
Would somebody please help me out...thanks a bunch

Which conversion did you want to do?
And now which version you use?
Does the original file can be played ok?

I'm converting from .RMVB to M-peg2. The source file plays perfect in picture quality and sound.
The version I'm using is 7.1 but even uninstall/reinstall with 7.6 and 7.7 still the same.
I did reinstall bothk-lite and storm codec but doesn't help.

Maybe you should reinstall the RM codec which can be downloaded from http://www.winavi.com/download/realalt143.exe
If unluckily, this still does nothing to the problem, you'd better send the debug.log file to support@winavi.com for some detail solutions.
