Hi there...

I'm a newbie, but since you guys last helped, I have been using dvd decrypter and dvd shrink 3.2 with ease to rip protected dvds.  Today however, I encountered my first problem trying to rip "The DaVinci Code".  DVD shrink said there was an invalid something a rather and wouldn't even open the disk... DVD Decrypter gets about 4% into it and then it encounters all these read erros in the sectors and I manually have to keep hitting ignore threw every sector (so I gave up).  I tried returning the disk and getting a new copy, but the new copy does the same thing?

What could be causing this and is there any way around it??
