Hi ,
 I am having problems with nero vision 4. I have recorded some dvds on my dvd recorder and wish to edit them and make new menus using nero. When I open the program and select import to disc it starts off ok then I get the following message: Unable to insert C:\(file path).mpg
When I click on OK i the get this message: Nero Vision.exe - application error
The instruction at "0x00348d9e" referenced memory at "0x015238e8".
The memory could not be "read".
Click on ok to terminate the program.

I am currently using a trial version downloaded from Nero's website but was using a cd version bought from PC World. I have reinstalled windows twice to try and get it working but with no success. I am sure it is probably something really simple but it is starting to get on my nerves now not knowing how to overcome this problem. If anyone has experienced this problem themselves or knows how to solve it I will be very gratful
