i have used tmpgencDVD now i have to shrink the output file

yes, i agree with you, DVD Creator has more advantages than the shrink:
1. It is very easy to see the speed is faster, and the way is more efficient. 
2. Also you can change the bate rate easily. And higher bate rate leads to better quality and bigger size.
3. The support profile is much more, so you can use on more player.
