hello, i just downloaded winAVI 6.3 and converted my downloaded video files to DVD without any problems. but when i tried to burn to a blank DVD-R using the same program, a message pops up saying: "Please insert disc and refurbish the disc info".
 
  so i guess that it's not recognizing the blank DVD-R? or is it something else? and how can i fix this? (i am so lost D:)

ive been trying to burn avi files to a dvd with winAVI and i keep getting several errors. the first error is "OutDir Can Not Include _" and "4", which after that comes the window that says 'conversion is complete' but there is nothing in the selected output file. i looked up both of these error messages, and my directory AND filename doesnt contain an [_] or any numbers and it still wont work! whats going on? any suggestions??
