Hi,

I just started to use FUW and it works great. However, I was comparing xvid output to original source and the original source is always more bright and vibrant. I was using the same media player to view both the dvd source and the xvid. The xvid was just always darker. Has anyone encountered this and is there a fix? Thank you.

I haven't really noticed this in my experience. Is it possible there was a setting in the media player, or your video card overlay settings, which could be altering the brightness/contrast for DVD displays? Or maybe xvid has such a setting you can change?
