Trying to convert a music DVD. Everytime it gets to writing the output file on the first chapter it stops and displays, "The DVD Could Not Be Converted - Region Outside File".

Does anybody know how to stop this from happening or what am i doing wrong. Its done it with a couple of music dvd's.

have you checked the disc's region versus your DVD drive's region? Possibly it locked...

but it only does this after it has copied and encoded the disc and begins writing the file?
