Okay, so I'll go over this in as much detail as humanly possible here.

I live in North America (Canada specifically) so the DVD players here tend to use primarily NTSC, or rather 4:3. Now I have a video file (640x480) that I'm wanting to burn using Nero, problem is whenever I burn the file a bit of the side edges and bottom gets chopped off.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong or what exactly is going on here, and if so how to fix it? I have Nero 7 and WinAVI at the moment.

Didn't work, its not the player itself its the encoding. The video I threw into Nero to encode onto a DVD took it from 640x480 and, instead of reshaping/resizing the image (or simply just adding black lines to it), chopped off the sides, top and bottom (not as in black lines, as in they are no longer there).
