My computer is 3 years old and when I first got it to mainly to burn DVD's I was using DVD+R 4X and used DVD shrink and also havd Nero StartSmart.  My burned DVD's played great and recently I started using DVD+R 16X and 8X and when I watched them on my DVD player the picture became choppy and had to go and reburn them at 4X on Nero.  Should I go back to using 4X DVD blank media?
