Hi ,

I'm new to this site and I was wondering if anyone could help me on this :

I bought the last nero 7 premium a few weeks ago . I  want to put some films in various formats (dvix, mpg4...) on a DVD that a DVD-player could run.
So, I tried my Nero Vision 4.9.5.7 (I think the last one). I add my file , go on in the various menus, wait 1 hour for the conversion , wait 20 minutes for the burning and what I get is a DVD that can be read by any DVD player BUT doesn't have SOUND !!!!!!! I really don't get this...I tried the 3 various possible option Vision has for the sound (5.1, ac3, stereo..) but it just doesn't work ! Everything else works, I mean the film works nice and smoothly , the menus etc..but NO SOUND !
I tried to "burn" it into a folder on my pc to see what comes out , and I just found a VIDEO_TS but no AUDIO_TS ..could that be the reason ? but why ? The films just play fine before encoding an burning them..they DO have the sound ! So I really don't get this...

Could anyone please hep me ? Are there any special codecs specific for Vision ?
I really want to make it work with Nero since I bought it !
