1)i put dvd in laptop
2)i create new folder
3)i select drive
4)i wait for program chain to be indexed....
5)and then i have probs here!
most of the time this is a mere formality with no probs at all but 1 in 10 give me this hassle.
the drive sounds like its struggling to turn and so after a while i try and shut it down, again with no success. so i hit the cont, alt, delete and there i see the program is 'not responding'.
the laptop is running max power source, not off the battery. ive not had to change any settings for most other discs so i cant see why i would have to here. i wouldnt know how if i tried. so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. chrz
