I am using FUW 2.6, can't seem to create MKV file, the FUW output two files AVI and MP3, does not combine the two to create MKV, it does not matters if I use internal or external MKV container. I was able to create an MKV for a smaller file (size 40 mb) but not for something like 700 mb.
