Hello,
 I purchased  McFunSoft 's Magic burning stdio  recently. everything works except for the actual burning to a DVD-R.  The items I select to burn to DVD are supposably being  burned...however  the DVD comes out of my machine, burned but with no data?....... what I get back,  is a blank CD.
 I can read Cd s and DvD s all day long.    I can burn to CD but not to DVD??
Has any one , some  solutions to help me?

I am using windows ME  I have 512 MB of ram
 the DVD burner is a sony
 I am very green to using a DVD burner,..... I have howsoever,  used CD burners in the past.

I purchased  a DVD burner, to be able to back up the many folders and files on my hard drive.  I can no longer fit these onto a CD.    At present I am not interested in copying movies. I just need to back up files and folders  before my system crashes again!


Please email me with  your solutions...need more info ...just ask me for it.

I have  emailed  the manufacturer twice  for help, and have gotten no response.,..and that adds to my  frustration!
