I am very, very new to downloading movies. I have a movie that is an xvid. In the folder is about 30 files. I have tried several conversion programmes with no success......How do I get all these files to load into the programme. The last one I tried was VSO DivxtoDVD. Can someone out there enlighten me please....TomF

can you tell us what the file extension is?..it could be that you have a bunch of rar file's,if you do have then you need winrar to extract them and you will end up with an .avi file.
you the move on and convert this file to dvd then burn to disc.
if you read through the forums here(as i have been doing) you should find what programs are best for this conversion
nero does do it but you may not like nero so there are many to chhose form.
http://www.rarlab.com/
you can get a free version of this.

As for DivxToDVD are you talking about the free version?  Something link 0.5.2?
Just hold down the ctrl button of your keyboard and you should be able to select all the files at once that you want to convert.

er, i have xilisoft dvd creator for mac now. but when i use it , i met a problem. I just load totally 3GB files into the program and I know the capability of a DVD disk should be 4.7GB. But why I was told that the burning can not be finished because there is not enough free space on the DVD disk?
