Even though the flash-based device will have the same (lame) WiFi, Microsoft's expecting to pump out 2.4 million next-gen Zune devices before holidays 2007. Believe it?

I know we can use some ipod copy software to transfer video,song,picture from iPod to computer. But I have no idea about Zune.

Yes you can take content back from your Zune normally.
Even on other PCs you can move content back and forth. But this content can't be from Zune Marketplace (DRM-protected only, not the normal mp3-tracks).

Zune v1 allowed Marketplace content to be moved back only on your "home" Zune Software installation. I'm not sure what's the case with v2.

But non-Marketplace content can be moved with no problem.
