Hi,

First, we need a bit more info on the type of mpeg file:

Are the files encoded in VCD, SVCD, Xvid or DivX format?

If the bitrate for the movie is different on the first file then on the second file, then you must re-encode the file to match the bitrate of the other file. This will only apply to VCD and SVCD as Xvid and DivX tend to be in one file because of advanced compression techniques.

If you want to burn these files onto a DVD, you need to convert and/or author them. Look at the guides here for a step-by-step guide on the conversion process!

Good luck Wink

Hi,

Firstly, I didn\'t send you a guide Smiley

You will need the MainConcept MPEG Encoder that can be downloaded from here
When the program is installed, load on of the files into the program by using the Input Browse button. When the file is loaded, the drop down boxes will show you what type of file it is: VCD, SVCD, AVI etc

Now you can use the program to convert the files into DVD compliant mpegs ready for authoring Smiley A guide I did a while ago for DVD authoring can be found here
