Does anyone know if there's a way to /soft/ encode subtitles into FU videos? without having an external extra file- i.e. as a stream?  Or, are there any plans to do that in the future?

Barring that, is there a way to change the font/size/location  of the hard coded subs in the current version of FU (2.6)?

Go to the options, enable the advanced options and select the Matroska (.MKV) format.
