I'm trying to convert 4:3 (actually anamorphic 16:9) DV video to 16:9 DivX, so I'm using the resize feature of WinAVI. The problem is WinAVI doesn't resize the video, it just cuts stuff away from top and bottom. This used to work with version 7.6. Anyone else notice this problem?

You can go to the advance page,there is an option for "picture size",that may help you.You can select which size you want there.
