I also have a problem that is stumping the users on another forum.  I run ubuntu 7.04 and use (or trying too) k9copy for making dvd backups.

I followed the guide (on this site) but the newly created iso is over 7 gigs (7.4 to be exact).  I havent changed any of the defaults (the dvd size is set for 4400mbs)

Any ideas?

Hi,

does it happen with all DVD or just a specific one?

Try playing around with the settings, for example set it to 3GB or 5GB to see if it respects those. Also if possible try to remove extras and/or audio streams to see if it then fits.
