I tried 4-5 products and found that SWF to Mpeg converter was the best at aligning the audio and timing of my swf file. While there are a few spots that aren't perfect in my converted file, Moyea did much better than all the others - the other products I used cut out chunks of audio or screwed up the timing of certain slides and animations, so the video would end up being crappy.

I can also capture pictures during playing the SWF, so I can make use of the picture.
freeware video. Also, the quality of the conversion comes at a time price, too - it takes along time to convert the file.
All this said, I didn't find a better product.
here you can have a free trial on http://www.swfkits.com/swf_to_mpeg/

And I believe Wondershare Flash to Video Converter is better than that one:
http://www.flash-on-tv.com/flash-to-video.html
It is able to convert Macromedia Flash (.swf) to any other popular video formats that could be played on PC, iPod, PSP, Zune, and some Cell Phone. It offers various functions such as batch procession, IE cache browsing, watermark, video cropping and so on.
