I am totally new at this.  So far I have been able to join a move download network, download a couple of movies in .zip or .rar.  They open in AVI but I have no idea where to go from there.  I am using XP and have the following programs on my system:  (I don't even know which to use!)

Click to DVD ... DVgate Plus... InterVideo WinDvd... Sonic Stage... Roxio Digital Media SE

Image Convertor 2... Convert XtoDVD

These programs were already on this computer but I have no idea how to use them.  Mainly what do I have to do to the AVI files to burn them to DVD-RW and how do I do it?

Thank you Huh

Hi,

do you want to burn them in DVD-R in order to watch them in your DVD player? Or just burn them in a DVD in order to store them to watch in your PC in the future?

For the first option you need a program to convert them to DVD format and then burn. I highly suggest ConvertXToDVD:

If you just want to store them and view them in your PC only just burn the files using some DVD burning program.

Yes, I want to be able to play them in the DVD player.  Thank you so much for such a prompt reply. Grin
