I'm new to this forum, but what I have read is very informative and the people who contribute seem very savvy. The guys who have wrtten guides are great at writing very easy follow and in-depth instructions. Thanks to all in these threads.

I recently downloaded DVDShrink and tried it out over the weekend. It's great for making backups of my movies. However I encoutered a problem and hope I can find a solution here. It seems to compress and write the files to the HDD very well. Although when it comes to burning the final result of the rip, it fails. Well it doesn't fail during the burn, infact it burns quickly. But the end result is a disc that will play fine on my PC, but not on my stand alone. When inserted in the stand alone, it starts to read and then ejects the disc. I tried another one and this time I simply just made a folder the destination, and when it was done I closed DVDShrink and then used Nero to burn. It worked fine in the stand alone. So am I missing something here? I would like to use the built in burn capabilities of DVDShrink, but it just doesn't want to work.

I have Win XP Pro SP2 and Nero 8 Ultra Edition.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
