TMPGEnc should do what your looking for as to just getting certain parts of your movie (Under tools/merge and cut)as well dvdshrink.
As to the audeo i have seen pg out there that will rip sound tracks off a dvd and if my memory is correct i believe one of them is called audeo ripper.

Hope this helps.

To edit your video uses Tmpegenc, for the audio use this  software which is called vobedit which can extract the audio out of any dvd in various format.

Here is the link to vobedit:

DvdReMake Pro will allow you to hide the parts you don\'t want.

If you are wanting to extract just that audio track however, DvdReMake Pro will not do that, try PgcDemux (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com)
