Ok so today I decided to go on the web and try and find an alternative that was as easy to use as Fair Use with the features that it holds. Well I found a few nice programs all that need to be purchased and then God knows if there will be support for them after the fact like we are facing at the moment with FairUse 2.6...

So after trying about 7 trial versions I was not satisfied with any programs that I found.
So I decided to take fair use 2.6 completly off my PC... Cleaned the regiestry the works.
Then I re-downloaded fair use 2.6 from the web site. Now I only downloaded the LE ( lite ) edition to see if it would work. I managed to get through building the chain without a problem...

and then I went through the options section... Of course I could not make a 1400 MB file like I wished to do. So I stayed with 700Mb...
The program started to build the video chain and I had to stop it as I was leaving work. So tonight I will retry this and see where the Le edition gets me.
Personally I would find it pretty bad if the LE edition works perfectly and that the version that we donated too is usless for the most part. ( keeps crashing or just stalls in mid ripping )
PS ... An added note from one of my earlier posts... When I had tried to deleat and re-install the first time it was from the link that was sent to me (
I.E. the full version of the program ) not the LE verion that I just re-installed.
