Hi,

I purchased the full version of FairUse wizard, aand had been using it for a long time.  I needed to re-Install windows, and I backed up all my files.  But now, when I try to used FairUse Wizard, I get the "could not load codec settings" error whenever I get to the final conversion page.

COuld someone help me PLEASE? This is very frustrating.

I had the same problem. I upgraded to the latest version (2.6) and the problem went away.
